Breakfast - A cup of chai tea, followed by a cup of green tea, and a bowl of porridge. (210 cals).

Lunch - Handful of dried apple and 2 sushi handrolls. (370 cals).

Afternoon tea - Cup of green tea, 4 cruskits with vegemite. (100 cals).

Dinner - Green chicken curry. (650 cals).

Extra - 3 cups of green tea, 1 cup of english breakfast tea with skinny milk.
